Order Placement
- KingofGadgets accepts orders placed on our website, by calling 909-859-8888 or by fax 909-895-8889. Customers can also download the order form

- KingofGadgets will process the orders only if the orders are paid in full.
- KingofGadgets accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Paypal, money order, and cashier's check.
- KingofGadgets does not accept personal and company checks.
- For "Will Call" orders,
KingofGadgets requires 2 hours to process all Will-Call orders. KingofGadgets will cancel all the orders that are not picked up within 3 days.
- KingofGadgets will attempt to fulfill orders placed before 12:00pm PST on the same business day. All orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be shipped out the following business day.
- Customers must submit written notice by email to
KingofGadgets for any changes on orders.
Important: Changes made on orders may delay the order process to the next business day.
- KingofGadgets currently does not offer terms such as NET and COD.
- KingofGadgets fully complies with California State Law. Sales tax is required for orders shipping within California, the resident state of
KingofGadgets's business. Therefore, all orders shipping within California will be charged applicable sales tax according to current California State sales tax rate. Sales tax will ONLY be exempted for resellers after all California Seller's Permit related information are verified.
Shipping & Handling
- KingofGadgets ships orders by Federal Express (FedEx) and United States Postal Services (USPS).
- FedEx DOES NOT deliver to P.O.Boxes. Customers are responsible to provide physical addresses for all FedEx orders or the shipments will be postponed.
KingofGadgets will accept P.O. Box as delivery address for USPS shipments ONLY.
- Shipping and handling charges will be applied on all shipping orders. Shipping and handling fees depend on the order quantity, ship to address and package size/weight. Note: Special arrangements for delivery are available upon request.
- If customers prefer carriers other than FedEx and USPS shipments, customers will be responsible to provide account number, and schedule the pick up service with their preferred carriers or forwarders.
- All FedEx shipments require direct signature upon delivery.
Once the tracking number has been assigned, KingofGadgets will not be responsible for shipping status and changes. Please contact FedEx at 800-463-3339 for further shipment assistance.
Very important, package redirecting service is available from FedEx ONLY within
the three delivery attempts. Redirecting service will require additional fee and
additional day for delivery. Please contact KingofGadgets for redirecting service
arrangement. KingofGadgets highly recommends customers to contact FedEx for local
station pickup after hours.
- All returned orders due to incorrect shipping address and non-deliverable address are subject to $25.00 handling fee plus the shipping fee.
KingofGadgets will provide the tracking number of the package by e-mail after the
completion of the transaction. Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping
carriers to update the delivery status. To check the status of the
package, please visit one the following carriers to track your package status:

Important: Customers should refuse packages that have arrived opened or damaged.
Customers are responsible to report any shortage and damages of the purchased
merchandises within 24 hours of receipt.
International Orders
- KingofGadgets ships international orders by USPS only. Note: Special arrangements for delivery are available upon request.
- KingofGadgets does not provide any information related to foreign country's duties and taxes.
- KingofGadgets will not guarantee the arrival time for international orders due to local conditions, such as custom duties and taxes.
- KingofGadgets ships all international orders with insurance.
- Customers are responsible for taxes & duties for all international orders.
Address Verification
Address verification is a precautionary measure
KingofGadgets performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy. If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will contact you by either by email or phone to obtain further information we will need to verify the information after you've placed an order. Please allow an extra day to verify any alternate ship-to address. Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing an online order and that the retailer must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, simply give us a call at 909-895-8888 or email us at info@KingofGadgets.com to let us know and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.

Warranty
KingofGadgets, Inc. warrants the products and parts
against defects in material for a period of (1) one years from the date of
direct original purchase by the end users or partners.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE
FACE OF THE KingofGadgets WARRANTY. KingofGadgets DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. IN THE
UNITED STATES, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
KingofGadgets's limited warranty provides that, subject to the following
limitations:

REMEDIES
YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
KingofGadgets,Inc. may elect which remedy or combination of remedies to provide in
its sole discretion. KingofGadgets shall have a reasonable time after determining
that a defective Product exists to repair or replace a defective Product.
KingofGadgets's replacement Product under its limited warranty will be
manufactured from new and serviceable used parts. KingofGadgets's warranty applies
to repaired or replaced Products for the balance of the applicable period of
the original warranty or ninety days from the date of shipment of a repaired
or replaced Product, whichever is longer.
- LIMITATION OF
DAMAGES
KingofGadgets'S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SHALL IN NO EVENT
EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES
EVEN IF KingofGadgets CANNOT OR DOES NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
- NO CONSEQUENTIAL
OR OTHER DAMAGES
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING ELSE IN THIS POLICY OR OTHERWISE, KingofGadgets WILL NOT
BE LIABLE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE,
STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (I) FOR ANY AMOUNT IN
EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR (II) FOR ANY
GENERAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. THESE
INCLUDE LOSS OF RECORDED DATA, INTERRUPTION OF USE, THE COST OF RECOVERY OF
LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS AND THE COST OF THE INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OF ANY
PRODUCTS, THE INSTALLATION OF REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS, AND ANY INSPECTION,
TESTING, OR REDESIGN CAUSED BY ANY DEFECT OR BY THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF
PRODUCTS ARISING FROM A DEFECT IN ANY PRODUCT.
IN THE UNITED STATES, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE LIMITATIONS ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY
TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
- YOUR USE OF THE
PRODUCT
KingofGadgets will have no liability for any Product returned if
KingofGadgets
determines that:
* The product was stolen from KingofGadgets
* The asserted defect:
A) is not present,
B) cannot reasonably be fixed because of damage occurring
when the Product is in the possession of someone other than KingofGadgets, or
C) is attributable to misuse, improper installation,
alteration (including removing or obliterating labels and opening or
removing external covers (unless authorized to do so by KingofGadgets,Inc.),
accident or mishandling while in the possession of someone other than
KingofGadgets.
* The Product was not sold to you as new.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
ON WARRANTY
KingofGadgets's warranty does not cover Products which have been received improperly
packaged, altered, or physically damaged. Products will be inspected by
customers upon receipt.
